Hello. It s quite a common problem but don t worry there is cure to everything. First you should know that it may be genetic that your hair are thin which can t improve with medications but fall can be stoped anyway. First you have to look for your water source coz polluted water is a common cause. Next improve your diet with lots of vegetables rich in vitamin c and vitamin e and minerals like zinc if you can t tolerate vitamin tablets. These are commonly present in all green vegetables and Apple Especially it s skin. Use oil which contain these vitamin and zinc like coconut oil or olive oil for hair. Lastly you can use tab surbex z , tab evion( rich in vitamin e) , also use minoxidil spray on hair line for at least 3 to six months. Hope that answer the question. Thanks
