Suggest Treatment For Severe Hair Fall

Hi there! I noticed there s a continuous hair fall since 3 months! Loosing at least 20-40 follicles everyday.. I can tell you it s not genetically happening cos my parents didn t have any bald head or hair loss problems! And moreover I started experiencing a lot of pimples along with hair loss which is quite unfortunate.. blood test shows there are some impurities in my blood too. I visited a dermatologist but didn t have a good ending with his treatment. Can you please tell me why is this worrying me and what precautions do I have to take to avoid hair loss!!.?

Hi
Thanks for posting your query on HCM
Hair loss and hair growth is a constant cycle in humans that goes on unnoticed.Net hair loss is noticed when hair loss occurs at a rate faster than hair growth. The treatment of this condition depends on the underlying cause if identified.Possible causes may include:
-Family history
-Hormonal changes like thyroid problems
-Medical conditions like auto-immune diseases, infctions
-some Medications.
-Certain hairstyles and treatments
Effective treatments for some types of hair loss are available. But some hair loss is permanent.Treatments options for hair loss include
*medications like Minoxidil and Finasteride for pattern baldness
*surgery
*laser therapy
*wigs or hairpieces.
Your doctor may suggest a combination of these approaches in order to get the best results.
Your Dermatologist will be in the best position to manage this after reevaluation.
The following may also help you prevent further hairloss
-Eat a nutritionally balanced diet.
-Avoid tight hairstyles, such as braids, buns or ponytails.
-Avoid compulsively twisting, rubbing or pulling your hair.
-Treat your hair gently when washing and brushing. A wide-toothed comb may help prevent pulling out hair.
-Avoid harsh treatments such as hot rollers, curling irons, hot oil treatments and permanents.
Hope this will help
Best regards
