Actually, with stent removal, there is instrumentation of the urinary tract
which can cause pain for 2 to 3 days.
The best-recommended analgesics are Diclofenac
Sodium, Diclofenac Potassium and Naproxen Sodium, however, if you have hypertension
then avoid sodium salts and take Diclofenac Potassium or Tramadol. Tramadol requires a prescription in some countries.
If the pain persists or worsens then contact your doctor as you might need ultrasound
or X-ray for re-examination.
