Suggest Treatment For Severe Fever And Throat Pain

Hello Doctor, I am Sahal Sathar. I am 22 years old. I had severe fever and throat ache yestrday. So, i consumed 1 MOX 500 at night. After having that my fever increased. But when I woke up my fever and thoat ache both are gone. SO, should I still continue with the course?
