What could be causing both of my feet to hurt? it does not matter what shoes I have on or if I have any on or not. When I try to walk it feels like the bottoms of my feet are bruised. my right foot is worse but they both hurt all the time, even when I m not on them. I am getting more and more limited on what I can do. Whether I am at home in the yard, trying to shop or sitting at my desk at work, they always hurt. New shoes, old shoes, expensive shoes or not, nothing helps. I soak my feet in hot Epson salts water.. nothing helps. I am NOT a diabetic.
