Suggest Treatment For Severe Fatigue And Sleeplessness While Having Anxiety

HI my name is David, Aged 25 For about 8 years I have always felt nausea I also feel rather fatigued most days mostly mornings I also have been diagnosed with anxiety and depression I am on medication for both and anti acid medication However they don’t seem to be helping I have been a painter most of my life And I never used the correct safety equipment besides a small mask in the booth. I even washed any fresh cuts in thinners as it kills germ, never used a mask mixing paints etc. I have been to many doctors and had blood test’s camera into my stomach twice, All tests have came back almost all clear, besides my bad eating habits, I often forget to eat and things like that. Anyways the last car I painted was about 4 months ago and I spent about 3 days in bed afterwards, I was just extremely tiered, after this I had a look on the net to see if the isocyanate’s could cause this apparently not, however I stumbled across a thing called (CSE) chronic solvent empathy and the list of symptoms kind of made a lot of sense, being tired after exposure, mood changes, anxiety, depression, change of personality I was very out going however now I mostly at home, maybe I have just changed with age, grown up a little maybe? Unable to concentrate and Low sex drive my last girl friend was about 4 years ago, sore muscles and aches and pain I do abit, and fatigue and sleeping issue id have to say yes I am on sleeping tablets although I have done a lot of shift work. I could be on the wrong track with all of this but after all the doctors and psychiatrist have tried but haven’t found any underlying causes. Another interesting thing is I can no longer drink alcohol most times it makes me sick within 15-20 mins, this was also the case before I was on any medication, before all this started, I often had a few drinks and this was never an issue. Any advice would be very much appreciated Regards David.

First, anti-anxiety/depression meds are well known to cause a variety of symptoms. a change, reduction, or brief stopping (mostly the side effects go away in a week if they are due to the meds, but some meds stay in the body a long time).
Sleep study.....certainly not sleeping will cause fatigue.
The solvent issue is generally cleared up fairly fast after the exposure. If there is liver damage, one would expect that to show on blood tests. Likewise anemia.
While there can be nerve or brain damage from inhalants, and that takes a long time to reverse, there also isn't much that can be done other than waiting to fix it.
