Suggest Treatment For Severe Fatigue And Lightheadedness While Having Asthma And Fibromyalgia

Greetings! My partner is feeling a bit light headed and struggling to concentrate. We have checked her blood pressure with a reading of 103 over 54. She suffers from asthma and fibromyalgia, and is regularly fatigued. just looking for some reassurance please. Thankyou for your time

Hi,

The blood pressure, diastolic one which blows 60 mmHg is the cause of concern.

You can't take self-medication as the patient is on steroids and there is a contradiction to certain medications.

So you need to have little more salts in your diet also visit your general physician for a further management plan. Low blood pressure is responsible for lightheadedness.
