Dear- first of all we need to find out what is giving you the dizziness. There are a lot of possibilities, including the following: eyeglasses as progressive or trifocal , carotid artery disease with narrowing of stenosis of the artery, inner ear problems as laberyntitis, cerebellar circulation problems and hypoglycemia. The treatment will be determined by the cause. However, we can give Meclizine to control dizziness.
