Suggest Treatment For Severe Diarrhea

I have constant diarrhea for seven days now. My feces is like water, the color is yellow, and it's smells like a newborn infants feces. I have a rash on my rectum, caused by the non stop restroom use. The rash is bleeding a little in a certain area. I also have lower back pain that started three weeks ago. It is horrifying pain at times to the point to where I'm stuck in a position for about 7 seconds. Although the back pain is constant lasting through out the day and nite. I've been taking Imodium for four days, it's not working for the diarrhea.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain diarrhea can occur due to a number of causes like food intolerance, electrolyte imbalance, food allergy, bacterial, viral or parasitic infections,side effect of medications,laxative overuse etc..
As it is already seven days you should consult a Gastroenterologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like stool culture, blood tests and colonoscopy can help in diagnosis and treatment can be planned accordingly..
You can be advised to take fluid replacement therapy like drinking oral rehydration salts by dissolving in water..
You can take more of cereals and banana in diet..
Take small portions of foods every 2 to 3 hours..
You can be advised anti diarrhea medicines like Loperamide or Furazolidone..
In case if it is due to bacterial infection Tinnidazole and Norflox combination can be advised..
Anti parasitic drugs like Albendazole can be given if there is Parasitic infestation..
Take more of probiotics like Yoghurt in diet..
