Suggest Treatment For Severe Depression
last year i was in severe depression for about five months...i took anti depressants but it didn't had any effect..was having suicidal thoughts as well...finally after a long time i came out of this depression....but now i m again getting depressed...don't know what to do....

Please visit your psychiatrist at the earliest. Proper treatment of depression requires adequate evaluation, as well as trial of multiple therapeutic options, medicines being only a part of them. Even the medicines need to be used for a long duration and at an adequate dose to help relieve depression.
