General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Her symptoms are mixed and confusing. These may corelate to anxiety, depression, schizophrenia as well as conversion disorder. Hence in this case, patient should be properly diagnosed and treated. Also, as the patient is having suicidal ideas/tendency, it is an emergency and patient needs to be hospitalized immediately.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Satnarain Bansal, General & Family Physician
