Suggest Treatment For Severe Depression

Hi, so I suffer from severe depression and I had an episode today and I had to call in from work but due to mental illness not being taken extremely serious and the lack of staff we have currently I panicked and told my boss that I fell and hit my head and had to go to the doctors office and now they are looking for a doctors note and I do not know what to do, do you think if I went in to the doctor and explained this to them they could give me note that says I fell and hit my head and went to the doctor on that specific date or will they get in trouble for this?

You are trapped and therefore this condition. In my opinion, the best thing is to tell the truth and ask for mercy. Apologize. Most of the doctors may not heed for your request because head injury is considered serious. Some doctors who do private practice could help you. Try requesting and plead.
