hello! my name is willy and years 14 years I have been coughing for three weeks in a row and nothing helps. I cough not slimy but I cough only air and I start to get really sore lungs. It will pass when I suck on a strong tablet, but they cost a lot and I can not them all their lives. Please can you give me a draft of what to do

Dear you may be suffering viral pneumonia /bronchitis. Use tab Deriphylline twice a day, tab. L-montus at night time, tab. Amoxillinclvulinate 625 thrice a day for 5days. Tab azithromycin for 5days. Avoid cool drink and freeze water, salt water gargling, still symptoms not improved consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
