Suggest Treatment For Severe Cough

hi i haven't been sick in a long time but since wed started wth a dry cough for 2 day's now it;s in my head and i'am tired my head feels like a 100lbs wht should i take or not take nothing at all blowing my nose spitting up flem from coughing so much ugh

Dry cough is unpleasent symptom that may interfer with your everyday tasks. There are severeal precautions you can take to meliorate. First you can try some home remedies to get rid of it and then see, if they are reuslting no efficcnet you can try some medications/drugs.
The first thing you can do is to stay well hydrated during the day. This means to drink a lot of fluids during the day like water, tea, freshly squeezed fruits juice . Also is recommended to take steamy showers.
About the medications you can use to treat your cough : i would reccomend you Cough suppressants such as dextromethorphan.
