General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms can be related to a sinus infection .
I suggest using an anti inflammatory medication such as Acetaminophen to relieve the inflammation.
I also suggest using a saline nasal spray. I recommend to drink liquids and gargle with salty water.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
