Suggest Treatment For Severe Constipation

I was recently diagnosed with a kidney stone, unknowingly, the meds I received to aid in me kicking out this monstrosity all cause constipation. No bowel movement in nearly a week but I feel a pressure building up and it comes out as gas. Should I just cut my losses and go back to the doctor?

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, drink more water and have more fiber diet, keep the regular habit of defection on fix time, no matter if you do not have such impulses or do not pass the stool still go in and sit there for while no need to exert the force, medicine that you are taking may not be the reason for this, hope this information helps, take care.
