Suggest Treatment For Severe Constipation

I have a really long time that I am not able to poop without using any laxatives. The reason I started using them was because I wasn t able to go to the bathroom. I am always really bloated and feeling uncomfortable. I also have really bad heart burns that I feel like they rise up to my chest. Following with feeling like throwing up after or while eating.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain constipation can occur due to a number of causes like lack of intake of sufficient dietary fibres, dehydration,stress, eating disorders, lack of physical activity, hormonal causes like Hypothyroidism,diabetes, Irritable bowel syndrome etc..
I would suggest you to consult a Gastroenterologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation a nd investigations like Barium swallow, colonoscopy, blood tests etc can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..
You can be advised to take a high fibre diet with plenty of green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and salads.
Do moderate workout..
You should drink plenty of water..
You can also be advised to take stool softeners like Docusate, laxative like Polyethylene glycol..
You can be advised prescription medicines like Linclotide and Lubiprostone..
