Suggest Treatment For Severe Constipation
Started bodybuilding 6 weeks ago diet of eggs, whole grain bread,milk, yougurt, nuts, dried fruit, chicken breast, sweet potato, and beans. I had to stop my protein powder because of rock hard constipation. That didn t help. I m thinking milk products might be the reason. Haven t gone in 4 days. Help.

See what you have taken so far all are constipating agents, if you have not passed out stool in since 4 days, you will require dulcolax suppository,to be put directly through anus into the anal canal or inside by himself or by expert paramedic.It will stimulate your bowels after few minutes and defecation will be possible.
To avoid this recurrences, always take high fiber diet means salad along with any meal.
