Suggest Treatment For Severe Constipation And Diarrhea
Hi for a month I have been with constipation pain in the abdomen weird bowel movementes and sometimes weird stools and yesterday for no reason my right testicle started hurting everytime touched it when I got home I went on the mirror to exam it and it was sideways the started to go down as I lied down in bed but stills feels uncomfortable it feels smaller to I checked for rednes, lumps or if it was swollen but it isnt. Havent gone to a doctor cause I dont have insurance yet and I dont is too much pain like to ho to the er but I would like to know if there is anything I can do I feel ok right now just having trouble farting, and pooping.

As per your query you are having symptoms of severe constipation and diarrhea which could be due to eating a lot of dairy products, irritable bowel syndrome, some medications like antidepressants, acidity and certain conditions like hypothyroidism. Need not to worry. For now drink lot of water, do light exercises and avoid fatty and heavy meals. Drink plenty of water and fluids and take diet rich in roughage and fibers. I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination. Doctor may order colonoscopy or other tests to look for blockages in your colon , barium studies and blood test for hormonal changes. Doctor may prescribe fiber supplement, osmotic laxatives , stool softeners and medicine to reduce acidity.
