Suggest Treatment For Severe Cold And Fever In Child

Hi, My daughter 2yrs and 1 month old had stomach infection two weeks back. The doctor prescribed Zeprox. After one week, now she is suffering from serere Cold, and high fever. Also her motion is becoming lose from today. The doctor assumes some urinary infection but have not prescribed any antibiotics yet. I m not satisfied as she is really ill for past two weeks. Is Augmentin safe to start with?

thank you for asking querry.
As for stomach infection zeprox is good choice.
But now you are saying she is having urinary tract infection and you must treat it.
What are the urine reports if any,and also get one usg done if urine reports are suggestive.
though augmentin is not good choice for urinary tract infection.
start antibiotics only after urine report of microscopy and culture.
hope this is helpful.
