Hi Dear ,

As per your query you have sharp chest pain along with pain in the back and difficulty in swallowing . Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to two things :-

Firstly it can occur due to cardiac problem like angina.

Secondly it can occur due to acid reflux disease .

I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist without any delay for proper examination . Doctor may order certain testa like X-ray , TMT , ECG and complete blood profile . Sometimes doctor may also order angiography . Doctor may prescribe nitriglycrine , betablockers and sedatives . Doctor may also refer you to gastroenterologist if he/she finds problem to be related to acid reflux . for now take proper rest .

Hope your concern has been resolved.
