Suggest Treatment For Severe Bruising On The Arm After A Fall
I fell over on a marble hotel floor and fell funny. I am unable to lift my right arm, and have sever bruising to my upper arm. I can not weight bear the lower part of my arm, and I have sever pain when I move my arm in some directions like put to the side. I am flying around Asia at the moment and don t want to see a medic that tells me I can t fly

Yeah, that's a bad injury.
But unless you are the pilot (or fly by flapping your arms) even a broken arm won't mean you cannot fly. BUT:
1) dislocated shoulder
2) broken nerves/vessels
3) broken bone
might be permanently damaged if not treated promptly.
