General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi there.

Thanks for writing in.

Urinary tract infection is one possibility. Do get a urine routine and microscopy, culture and sensitivity test done. Also for the pains, get a TSH, Hemoglobin, Vitamin D, Vitamin B12 , serum electrolytes, blood sugars checked. Abnormalites in the above values can cause symptoms similar to what you are experiencing.

Drink 8 glasses of water a day. That will help you rehydrate your body. It will help urine to flush out the germs/toxins.

Hope my answer was helpful to you.

Regards,
Dr. Divya Kuttikrishnan
