Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the issue of long term use of anti-depressant and analgesic has shown effects of receptor desensitization issue and hence the precise effects are not being acted upon.

My guidelines at present:
- Drink more liquids and maintain hydration of the body
- Consume balanced nutritious diet to combat your immunity
- Engage in regular aerobics, walking in fresh air
