Suggest Treatment For Severe Body Pain And Headache

For the past week, i have been feeling very tired and sleepy all the time. for two days i had aches all over my body, these have since returned. i have a slight headache. feel like i have a flu, runny nose, but this disappears after a few minutes. what could be wrong

It does sound like the flu. This can be associated with fatigue, general unwell sensation, headache, upper respiratory tract symptoms.

The normal course of treatment would be rest, fluids , paracetamol .

Other medications can be used according to your symptoms eg cough meds or decongestants if needed.

If your symptoms worsen then you should see your doctor for an evaluation.
