Hi Welcome to healhcaremagic After going through your query I think that you are having chronic backache. It may be due to weakness of back muscles and vitamin deficiencies as you are feeling it frequently. You can get your levels of vitamin D3 and if found low you can take its supplements. You can take multivitamin and trace elements . You can take analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. It is always better to visit a doctor. You can discuss with your Doctor about it. Hope your query get answered. If you have any further questions then don't hesitate to writing to us .
