Suggest Treatment For Severe Back Pain
I have back pain on the left side just above my waist...a dull ache. I ve been taking antibiotic for a uti and am improved with that, but not the back pain. I have a small plate in my back between L4 L5 for an instability in that area and am used to some occasional pain from that, but this feels different. I also feel some fulness in my lower abdomen, but no pain

I really appreciate your concern, it seems two conditions and these need to be managed separately if the UTI is responding well to the antibiotic then finish the course of this, for the back pain it may need some investigations else it can be tried with any analgesic medicines, hope this information helps, take care have a nice day.
