General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Recurring chronic acne at your age is likely to be due to increased testesterone levels & would need female hormones to help in management.

You need to get investigated to Diagnose exact cause followed by specific treatment. Please consultacosmqtologist/endocrinologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
