Suggest Treatment For Severe Acne

Hi! I am a 34 yr old male. For the past 15 years I have been suffering from severe acne and haven t been able to get rid of it. Every now and then I get a bunch of acne which turn brown and then black as they dry up. As a result my face is full of active acne, acne marks, blackheads, pigmentation and so on and has turned patchy. Recently my doctor prescribedme Isotroin 20 and Glomela cream. I hv been using it for a week and all my marks and active acne have turned reddish, skin has become extremely dry and its started peeling off. Is it something to worry or it is how the medicine works? I am also getting treatment for pattern baldness (Finalo 1mg, VB7 Hair, Zevit, Mintop Forte foam, Tryatop Shampoo) Thanks

your line of treatment for patterned baldness is correct. for acne isotroin 20 mg is OK but it should be taken at night. Glomela contains steroid and should be avoided in acne. day time application or more than pea size in amount causes erythema of face as it contains tretinoin also. stop glomela cream and apply azeleic acid 10% gel at night and clindamycin cream twice daily.
