Hi, I m 28 I keep getting pains in my stomach, then I have to rush to the bathroom and I end up having a bowel movement. Going upto 5/6 times a day and now my nipples are very sore, my breasts feel heavier than they have done before. Next period isn t due for 28/30 days. Please help.
As per your query you have severe abdominal pain which is mainly due to consuming foods known to cause gas in some people, such as milk products that contain lactose, broccoli, Crohn's disease, gastroenteritis, irritable bowel syndrome or urinary tract infection.
Need not to worry. I would suggest you avoid spicy and sharp food particles and eat light and non-spicy, especially at night. Take a light walk after every meal and eat small and frequent meals. If the condition doesn't get well then consult a gastroenterologist for proper examination. The doctor may order an ultrasound, endoscopy along with stool test. The doctor may prescribe ornidazole, omeprazole, laxative, anti-inflammatory along with antacids.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
