Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal Cramps And Light Vaginal Bleeding

My cycle started on the 15th...left on the 17th. I had sex with my husband on the 19th...started spotting on the 21st until the 25th. I then had sex with my husband on the 28th. Started back light bleeding & heavy cramping on the 29th. Passed a few blood clots on the 30th with extreme cramping. What is going on with my body. This is the 1st time I ve ever experienced this & it s scaring me.

You can take pantoprazole twice daily. You can take Cefadroxyl twice daily for five days, take Kstat twice a day for five days, take Paracetamol and Dicyclomine twice a day for five days. Avoid intercourse and take rest.
