General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

You could have intestinal infection which has failed to subside with cipro and flagyl even after complete course of treatment.

The reason could be insufficient dosage or drug resistance or failure to absorb from intestine.

You should do complete hemogram, urine and stool tests, blood culture and sensitivity.

As you had diarrhoea with left side pain, cramps then you will require parentral antibiotics with other symptommatic treatment and fluid electrolyte replacement.

Consult gastroenterologist for thoroughly examination and appropriate treatment.

Regards,
