Suggest Treatment For Sentinel Piles

I ve found that I have sentinel piles. How can I get rid of them completely? I hate the way they look and how they can flare up with swelling and pain from time to time. I didn t have a problem with them getting worse until I tried anal sex. After that the piles seemed to act like a hemeroid. Help!

HI
Well come to HCM
The piles can be best treated with Policresulen ointment to be applied inside of anal region after and before the defecation and three times in day, sitz bath would be much helpful along with this, try to keep the consistency of stool soft and this can be done with the helps of drinking more water and fiber containing diet, but later or sooner surgery is the only option you have, take care.
