Suggest Treatment For Seizures

my son 17 years old under treatment of complex partial seizures since January 2005 on Tab carbamazepine CR 200mg, exprienced seizures during first year of treatment, following which dose was increased to 300mg CR. He did not exprience any seizures for next three years.EEG done on 13 Jan 2010 showed no epileptic activity and hence dose was tapered by fornightly intervel 450mg/day then 300mg/day during which he exprienced another seizure while playing computer games and viewed film AVATAR. Neurologist was consulted at Bangalore and earlier dose ie., Tab Carbamazepine 300mg CR twice daily. EEG Done in 2005 and 2007 showed abnormal activity

if pt had seizure during attempt of of tapering drugs, then his drugs can not be stopped and it should be sterted in his previous well controlled dose, so that no further episode seizure.
