Suggest Treatment For Scrotal Itching

Hello Doctor, Almost 4 weeks ago I went to see my doctor because I was having a pain when I urinate and itchiness inside of my scrotum area. I was given antibiotics for a week and adviced to go to sexual health clinic which me and my partner did. She was given antibiotics too and they did some tests. But all came back negative. After two weeks , the itchiness came back so I consulted my doctor again. He prescribed another antibiotic but unfortunately it didn t work. Can you please help me as I am very depress now . SadMan

Read your query and understood your health concern.I feel concerned about your health issues.
Based on facts of you query, you seem to suffer from-
Genital Thrush mostly.Other causes needs to be verified from Dermatologists.
Routine antibiotics would not regress the fungal infections in your case.
Oral Anti-fungals- like-
Tab Ketaconazole 400 mg daily for 14 days for each of partners
Good private part hygeine in both the partners
Tab Loratadine 10 mg would suffice to regress it in both partners
