Suggest Treatment For Sciatica
I believe I have sciaticaand have been struggling with it for months now. I get much discomfort that goes across my butt,and the tops of the back of my legs, and sometimes I feel a numbing and tightness in my foot. This past week I ve been limping and am just miserable! What s the best thing to do?

I have read your complaints and in my opinion, It is very important to identify the cause of sciatica. The most common cause is nerve pressure in the spinal canal which can be diagnosed easily by MRI.
So I suggest you confirm the diagnosis by getting an MRI and then starting full treatment including exercises.
