I have a curved spine at the lower end and therefore suffer from sciatica. also both legs are not the same length due to hip surgery. what kind of exercise can I do without hurting more. I was told no bending, no twisting and no lifting. that is almost impossible simple daily routines require bending and lifting.
Dear Thanks for contacting with your health concerns and following are recommended guidelines for you:
i. Maintain straight back posture while sitting/standing ii. Avoid bending forward and lifting heavy weights iii. Sleep on hard mattress iv. Back exercise like leg raising in dorsal recumbent position, pushups, swimming are ideal in sciatica v. Boil 100gm black pepper powder in 300 ml sesame oil:filter, cool and massage
