Suggest Treatment For Sciatica Pain
I was just dx with levoscolosis of c3-t8 and its getting noticiable. That s not so important but right now my hand are numb and I finding that I am dropping pen, glasses of tea etc. I am having a xlif on 07\21\15 for herniated disc between 4-5 an a almost herniation between 2-3. Should he repair that area too. I would hate to go to surgery later. As of now I cant feel my feet or toes and the sciatica pain is horrific. Also can anything be done about my C spines. I am 56 and in fairly good health except for my back an acute intermittent porphyria

- Cervical collar and lower spinal belt support
- Avoidance of particular postural adaptations, sudden jerky movements
- Assisted physiotherapy
- Ultrasonic wax heat bath
- Analgesic and anti-inflammatory as diclofenac, tramadol hydrochloride or others
- Control of body weight, blood sugar, pressure and cholesterol levels
- Avoid smoking, alcohol if consuming
- Epidural analgesia in selected cases with best result outcome
Surgical approach includes:
- Key hole or button hole surgery
- Stereotactic surgery
- Robotic consel surgery
- Open surgery
