General & Family Physician 's  Response
Welcome at HCM
I have gone through your query and being your physician I completely understand your health concerns...
Sciatica pain occurs due to compression of spinal cord... All you need is to take rest. Avoid vigorous activities particularly bending and lifting heavy objects. Meet a spinal surgeon ( orthopedic surgeon ).you are required to get and MRI of the spines before initiating any treatment.
Meanwhile take rest and wear flat shoes and walk on straight ground. Continue with your physiotherapy... Your analgesics need to be reviewed. You should take TRAMAL to relieve pain.
Hope your query is adequately answered
