General & Family Physician 's  Response
dear madam
the regimen of episodic treatment with olanzapine that you are following now it highly irregular and dangerous, it will only make the patient worse.
It is difficult to convince a patient of Psychotic disease like schizophrenia for a visit to a doctor but at times for the best interest of the patient and the family it is not inhuman or in-considerate to take them forcibly.
please take him to a psychiatrist ASAP and start him on proper treatment if need be as an in-patient for some time till proper insight returns and he starts taking medication.

the only permanent solution to this problem is a proper and monitored treatment no other way
