i m vishal and i m 23 year old...i m suffering from scars marks and acene problems since around 3 years.. it has been spread both of my left and right check..i have used mederma cream .but there is no effect..it feels very bad to see .i have also tried with lemon juice . but still there is no effect.. kindly help me out..

Acne scar management is a complex process and moreover the management depends on type of scar.
There are various options my order of preference ll be subcision combined with Lasers > dermaroller with PRP > only dermaroller > Only PRP
Other so many modalities are there but these definitely works.
Mederma in my clinic practice is nothing more than a placebo
