Suggest treatment for scalp hematoma

Hello! I am 26 years old. I am unmarried but do have physical relation with my boyfriend. 15 back I met with a severe accident which caused scalp hematoma and food injury. At present, I am on medication. Since last 3 days I am noticing white non- sticky liquid discharge from my both breast. There s no pain in either of my breast. I was not aware about it but while making out my boyfriend told me that milk is secreting from your breast. So, Is this kind of milk secretion normal? What are the main reasons behind it? What precautions or steps do I need to take?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per your case history of scalp hematoma, my treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesion as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Only curative treatment is excision under local anesthesia done by a dermato-surgeon.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

/Hi my name is Jacque. I had surgery on 129/13, for a intusseption at he Y of a gastric bypass that I had in 2002, and a internal abdominal hernia with carserated bowel. I had a lump 7 days post op with no pain until 3 weeks post op. I sought medical attention from a vascular surgeon, that I had used in the past in my local town, My initial surgery was done in Denver. the local surgeon diagnosed me with a large hematoma. he recommended that we let it reabsorb, and I have continued to follow up with him every 2-3 weeks since. My question is- I have had low grade fevers, extreme pain, and now edema mostly in my hands. The pain has become more irregular, and the 3 long mass to the right of my incision has by touch decreased in size. However I am worried about a possible infection as I still have low grade fevers and chills off and on, and have edema. After experiencing the edema I called my original surgeon for advise, he recommended a ct. I am scheduled for a CT on Monday. is it possible that I have a peritoneal infection or sepsis? I had blood work done at a health fair on 1/16/14. the results were a normal CBC, CMP, the only abnormal lab was a ferritin serum at 269. it seems that there was no infection then, but could I have developed an infection since then?
