Suggest Treatment For Runny Nose,cough And Restlessness In A Child

My 3 year old has had a runny nose and cough fot 3 dayd and this evening he woke up crying and very restless. Hr complained that hid head hurt. He can't seem to get comfortable and later said his mouth hurts. He wants to go to sleep but keeps moving from couch to bed and is restless but can't tell if he really knows what hurts.

Your son has viral respiratory tract infection. For headache and bodyache give him paracetamol syrup.He might be having chest and nose congestion. Clear nostril by using saline nose drops.Use warm humidified air.give lots of water.If bronchospasm then salbutamol nebulisation would do wonder
