Suggest Treatment For Runny Nose, Headache And Fever

i had a weird virus, starting with headache and fever, then that ended. I didnt have any cold symtoms, but had like a running nose, but it was bloody. Then after 3 days of that, today I have running nose. Its just an odd staging of symptoms . Should i be concerned

medical history provided by you can be suggestive of an Viral illness and it may be related to Dengue Fever because nose bleed is an alarming sign in this case
However There is no specific medicine to treat dengue infection. but you should use pain relievers with acetaminophen and avoid medicines like aspirin, which could worsen bleeding. You should also rest, drink plenty of fluids, and see your doctor
If you start to feel worse in the first 24 hours after your fever goes down, you should get to a hospital immediately to be checked for complications.
