Suggest Treatment For Runny Nose, Chest Congestion And Fatigue

Patient has been sick with cold symptoms for 5 days that began with runny nose and fatigue. Fatigue continues as do runny nose and congestion in the chest. No fever. Today weakness and depression. He says he is very hot and perspiring, but he has no fever. Temp is 98.2

This is mostly a viral situation. The fact that there is no fever is a good sign. No worries, it needs usually 4-5 days to be improved the situation.
