Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC ..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns. ..

As per your complain the symptoms clogging and constant ringing and hearing loss after itching the ear can be due to inflammation, injury or perforation of ear drum..
It should be taken into serious consideration and you should immediately consult an Otolaryngologist and get an Otoscopic examination done to rule out the exact cause of problem..
In case if there is inflammation antibiotic and steroid ear drops can relieve..
In case of perforation smaller perforation can be healed with antibiotics, Anti-inflammatory painkiller, Steroid and decongestant..
In case of larger perforation surgical correction can be advised..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
