Suggest Treatment For Right-sided Flank Pain And Night Sweats

I have been having flank pain on my right side (for about 6 weeks) in conjunction with back and hip pain (that has been going on for over a year. I went to my GP 2 weeks into flank pain to see if I had a kidney infection. She did a urinalysis test and said all looked fine and that I must have pulled a muscle.
I guess my question is, if it was a pulled muscle, would/could it still be hurting and why is it getting worse in stead of better. I also have had night sweats going on for about 6 months with no explanation (according to blood work, it is not hormonal and no signs of leuk)

HI
Well come to HCM
If the symptom of pain is due to the muscular spasm then this may be due to poor posture or due to bad gait (walking) you need to maintain best gait, such condition some time does not come around and this may needs either physiotherapy or medicine I would suggest the following treatment
1) Tab Diclofenac 50 mg sustain release once in day
2) Tab Chlorzoxazone once in day
take care and have a nice day.
