Suggest Treatment For Rheumatoid Arthritis

My mother has Rheumatoid Arthritis. Today she was told that her white blood cell count is 44,000 and has Lymph Node Cancer. I don't have much more information than that. Can you accurately diagnose Lymph Node Cancer from a blood test? Can they confuse her high white blood cell count with her compromised RA immune system? Can you tell me if that white blood cell count number would be Hodgkin's Lymphoma or Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma? Also, is this cancer always terminal?

Thanks for the question. An FNAC of node to confirm is must and also bone marrow examination. These days both hodgkins and non-hodgkins can be palliatively treated, often with radiation and chemotherapy after confirmation with reasonable life span. Please consult an oncologist
