Suggest Treatment For Rheumatoid Arthritis

I think I have Rheumatoid Arthritis but i m not sure. I m only 26 but when I work my hands for long periods of time they swell up and hurt. In the mornings my hands are stiff and I have to force them open and if I don t keep moving them they cramp up and become stiff again. I can t lose this job. Heating pads only for bit and I can t take one to work. My boss dosen t like when I wrap them up. Anti-inflammatory meds don t really help. I took way too many one day and made my self sick.
