Suggest Treatment For Rheumatoid Arthritis

Hello. I was diagnosed with RA with other various underlined conditions . My Primary Doctor referred me to a rheumatologist. I am looking for a doctor that can have more test done to figure out what other condition I have. When I read about the various Autoimmune diseases there are, I wonder if I may have Lupus or a combination of things. I have no health insurance and live in VA. What type of doctor will test for various autoimmune diseases and how would I search of a good doctor in VA?

Ankylosing spondylitis typically involve spine and hips with other large joint also. There is reduced chest function in this disease. Stiffness in spine is increased does she have such stiffness in spine?
NSAIDs, DMARDs (disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drugs) are sometimes prescribed in more severe cases. These include methotrexate and sulfasalazine.
